Mama Wellness has moved to a beautiful new location in North Wales just on the outskirts of St Asaph. 45 minutes drive from our old studio space.

We are currently undergoing renovations and are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Ffynnon Flow Studios in February 2025. This new space will be a sanctuary for elemental practices, shamanic work, yoga, sound healing, and community circles.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our new home and continue our journey together. Stay tuned for updates and follow along as we bring this vision to life!
