Mama Wellness is in the heart of Heswall, next to Weatherspoons and has had its doors open for over two years, we survived through Covid life, we adapted our way and continue to expand and grow our offerings.

Owner Claire Porter has been working exclusively with babies, young children and their families for over ten years and wanted to create a safe space you will want to enjoy, either taking a relaxing adult only class or enjoying one of our parent and child classes.

The Mama Wellness studio is open and offering you a range of classes, workshops and 1-1 private sessions.

Mama Wellness offers

Baby Massage and Mama Nurture, Mama & Baby Yoga, Mama and Baby Sound Bath group sessions , Adult group Sound Bath sessions, One to One holistic sessions including Sound Healing, Reiki, Rebozo wrapping & abdominal massage (Closing the Bones), Indian Head Massage and private workshops. women's circles, Mama circles, monthly Yin Yoga sessions and much more to come.
