Why do we constantly feel guilty for taking some time out for ourselves, this is something that has to change, we are so busy with our lives making sure everyone else is okay that we forget to check in on ourselves.
At The Mama Wellness studio our classes and workshops with or without baby give you the time to take a breather from life. We incorporate mindfulness techniques into our Mama Wellness classes so you can feel relaxed and nurtured.
For our grown ups, we offer a range of holistic services. Including a fortnightly group sound bath on a Wednesday evening 7.30-8.30. this can be booked via the booking system.
You can also book in for a 1-1 therapy with me, this can be a sound healing, Reiki session, Rebozo wrapping and abdominal massage or Indian head massage or a little intuitive blend of all the above.
In our Mother and baby classes we take the time to relax and work through some simple breathing exercises, Rebozo self wrapping and small posture changes to help you feel most relaxed and nurtured, so you can be in the best headspace to support your baby and for the experience to be a positive one.
